

Porridge Pancakes
(0SP on WW 💜 / 2SP 💙)
20g porridge oats (oatmeal)
2 heaped tbsps fat free Greek yogurt
2 tbsp granulated sweetener
1 large egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
Frylight Buttery
Mix the porridge oats, sweetener, yogurt and vanilla extract together and leave overnight in the fridge.
In the morning mix in the beaten egg, mix it through until a smooth batter. Spray a non stick pan with Frylight, drop the batter into the pan to form small circle shapes and fry on both sides until brown.
Optional serving suggestion – stack pancakes with layers of fat free Greek yogurt and sliced strawberries then drizzle with Choc Shot sauce (addition 1SP).
