Mozzarella & Sundried Tomato Pizza

1 plain tortilla wrap 
15g tomato purée 
30g low fat mozzarella 
25g sundried tomatoes
1/4 onion, chopped
12g low fat cheddar cheese, finely grated
1/2 tsp mixed herbs

Preheat oven to gas mark 4 / or electric 180C


Place the tortilla wrap on a flat baking tray.   Evenly spread the tomato purée over the wrap.  Thinly slice the mozzarella and place it around the wrap.   Cut the sundried tomato into bitsize pieces and add it to the wrap.   Then sprinkle on the chopped onion, cheddar cheese and mixed herbs.  

Bake in oven for 10-12 minutes until the cheese has melted.   Remove the pizza from the oven, allow to cool for a few minutes then cut into 4 slices.  
Serve with a side salad or dish of your choice.
