Love takeaway – just fakeaway! King prawn fried rice

King Prawn Fried Rice
(5SP on WW Freestyle)

75g king prawns
1/2 a chopped onion
100g cooked rice (I use basmati rice)
1/2 tsp olive oil
1/2 tsp Chinese 5 spice
1 tsp soy sauce

On a medium heat in a frying pan or wok, fry the king prawns and chopped onion in the olive oil for a couple of minutes until lightly browned.  Add in the cooked rice, sprinkle on the Chinese 5 spice and mix together.  Add the soy sauce and continue to fry the mixture for another 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally to mix it in throughly.  Serve with stir fried vegetables or the side dish of your choice.
