
Halloumi Fries
(6SP on WW Flex/Freestyle)
60g reduced fat Cypriot halloumi cheese
1 slice low calorie (1sp a slice) bread
1 tbsp fat free Greek yogurt
1/2 tsp garlic granules
Toast the bread then place it in a ziplock bag and crush into breadcrumbs using a rolling pin.
Cut the halloumi cheese into strips to form fries shapes. Mix the Greek yogurt and garlic granules together and spread it over the cheese fries.
Put the cheese fries in the ziplock bag with the breadcrumbs and shake until the cheese fries are coated with breadcrumbs.
Place the cheese fries on a baking tray, spray with Frylight spray and cook in the oven (gas mark 5/180c) for 15 minutes.
Alternatively cook in an ActiFry air fryer (paddle out) for 10 minutes, turning over after 5 minutes.
