
Serves 1 – (0SP on WW 💜/ 3SP💙/ 5SP💚)
Or top it with a little chocolate sweetness, 1g (approx 7) white choc chips for 0SP

30g plain dried porridge oats (oatmeal oats)
1 medium egg
1tbsp granulated sweetener
A handful of blueberries
1/2tsp vanilla essence
Pre-heat oven to gas mark 4 / 180C
Mix sweetener into the porridge oats. Add the blueberries, egg and vanilla essence, beat together well. Pour mixture into a ramekin and bake in oven for 15-20 minutes. Remove from oven, allow to cool & enjoy!
