
(Serves 1 – 5SP on WW💜💙)
40g medium egg noodles, dry
100g cooked skinless chicken breast, choppedÂ
1 portion mixed stir fry vegetables
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1/2 tsp Chinese 5 spice
1 tsp soy sauce
Half fill a small saucepan with cold water and bring it to boil. Place the egg noodles in the water and boil for 3 minutes. Turn off the heat, drain the water from the noodles and place to one side.
Mist a frying pan or wok with a few sprays of Frylight. On a medium heat fry the stir fry vegetables for a couple of minutes until slightly tender. Add in the cooked chicken breast and egg noodles, sprinkle on the Chinese 5 spice and mix together. Add the soy sauce and oyster sauce, then continue to fry the mixture for another 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally to mix it in throughly.
Turn off the stove, transfer to a plate or bowl and enjoy!
